1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour (60 minutes) of placing the order.
- No cancellation fee will be charged during this window.
- After this timeframe, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.

2. Replacement Policy
- Replacements are available only in case of damage, defect, or wrong item delivered.
- To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
- Provide a mandatory unboxing video showing the condition of all items at the time of opening.
What Happens Next?
- If product is in stock → We will collect the faulty item and dispatch a replacement
- If product is out of stock → You may keep the delivered item, and we will issue a Krisharth Store Credit/Coupon of the product’s value for future purchases.

3. Returns Policy
- We do not accept returns for:
- Size issues, color preferences, or change of mind.
- Products that are used, washed, worn, or customized.

- In rare cases (e.g., missing item from curated sets like Pooja Kit), we issue goodwill coupons ranging from 5% – 15% of order value.
- If replacement is not possible due to product being out of stock, we issue a full-value coupon of the product price.
5. Important Notes
- Customized or limited-edition items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
- Unboxing video proof is mandatory for all replacement requests.
- Claims without required proof will not be accepted.
